This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how On Hold Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“On Hold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about you when you visit our website at www.onholdshop.com (the “Site”), purchase our products, or participate in any of our programs, including the Presale Reservation Program.
By using the Site or providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or provide us with your personal information.

1.4 Presale Reservation Information
When you participate in the Presale Reservation Program, we collect your name, email address, and payment information associated with the $1.00 reservation fee. We use this information to manage your reservation, communicate with you about the presale, and apply your Presale Discount at the time of purchase.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
2.1 To Provide and Manage Our Services
• Process and fulfill your orders for Products;
• Manage and administer your account;
• Process and confirm Presale Reservations and apply Presale Discounts;
• Communicate with you about your orders, reservations, and account;
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries; and
• Send transactional emails, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and receipts.
2.2 To Improve Our Products and Services
• Analyze usage patterns and trends on the Site;

For Presale Reservation records, we retain your information for the duration of the reservation program and for a reasonable period thereafter in order to fulfill legal and business obligations. For purchase records, we typically retain information for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction for tax and accounting purposes.
When your personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
