This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how On Hold Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“On Hold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about you when you visit our website at www.onholdshop.com (the “Site”), purchase our products, or participate in any of our programs, including the Presale Reservation Program.

By using the Site or providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site or provide us with your personal information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including when you:

•         Participate in the Presale Reservation Program;

1.4 Presale Reservation Information

When you participate in the Presale Reservation Program, we collect your name, email address, and payment information associated with the $1.00 reservation fee. We use this information to manage your reservation, communicate with you about the presale, and apply your Presale Discount at the time of purchase.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

2.1 To Provide and Manage Our Services

•         Process and fulfill your orders for Products;

•         Manage and administer your account;

•         Process and confirm Presale Reservations and apply Presale Discounts;

•         Communicate with you about your orders, reservations, and account;

•         Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries; and

•         Send transactional emails, including order confirmations, shipping notifications, and receipts.

2.2 To Improve Our Products and Services

•         Analyze usage patterns and trends on the Site;

•         Develop new products, features, and promotions;

•         Conduct research and gather feedback; and

•         Personalize your experience on the Site.

2.3 For Marketing and Communications

•         Send you promotional emails, newsletters, and updates about our Products, presale events, and special offers (where you have provided consent or where otherwise permitted by law);

•         Conduct surveys and market research.

•         Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements;

•         Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or other illegal activity;

•         Protect the rights, property, and safety of  On Hold, our customers, and others; and

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal information in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Site, processing transactions, fulfilling orders, delivering products, and providing customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and consistent with this Policy. Categories of service providers include:

When determining the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the information, and applicable legal requirements.

For Presale Reservation records, we retain your information for the duration of the reservation program and for a reasonable period thereafter in order to fulfill legal and business obligations. For purchase records, we typically retain information for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction for tax and accounting purposes.

When your personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

5. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

5.1 What Are Cookies?

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under thirteen, we will promptly delete such information. 10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Site is operated and managed from the United States.
